The company announces a change in the management of both companies.

Dr. Michael Weißbach, der bisherige Geschäftsführer, verlässt das Unternehmen auf eigenen Wunsch. Die Gesellschafter bedanken sich herzlich bei Herrn Dr. Weißbach für seine geleistete Arbeit und wünschen ihm viel Erfolg bei seinen neuen beruflichen Aufgaben.

The shareholders are pleased to welcome Mr. Joachim Georg Wolf as an experienced and customer-oriented managing director.
